| How do I order from this website? |
You can look around the various product areas of the site using the navigation links on the left hand side. You can also search for specific products using the A-Z search. When you find a product you would like to buy, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button. You will be taken to a page showing the products in your cart and you can increase the quantity of products ordered if you wish. You can then either return to the shop and add more products or click on 'Checkout'. When you checkout you will be asked for your contact information before clicking 'Proceed' whereby you will be taken to the Worldpay secure payment system. You can pay using credit and debit cards.

| Can I send my order to another address/somebody else? |
Yes. When you check out you will be asked if you would like to send your order to a different address. There is also a comments box where you should leave the name of the recipient, and any message you would like included.

| Do you accept international orders? |
Yes, we deliver all over the world however due to trade regulations we cannot currently deliver to the United States or Canada.

| How do I pay for my order? |
We accept credit/debit card orders via Worldpay, the secure online payment system. Cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

| Is it safe to use my credit/debit card? |
Yes. We use the Worldpay payment system to safely process credit/debit card transactions utilizing industry-standard secure Server known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

| What is Worldpay? |
Worldpay are one of the worlds largest creditcard processors providing
a Secure Server environment for taking on-line creditcard orders via a

| Can I pay in my local currency? |
Yes, you have the option to choose
which currency you pay in on the Worldpay secure server.
You credit card bill will show any payments made to
us converted to your local currency also.

| Where is my order? |
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, except at weekends and on public holidays. You can find out more about shipping on the shipping page. If you think your delivery has been lost in the post you must contact us at sales@retrosweets.co.uk within 10 days of placing your order. We will then investigate with Royal Mail or the courier involved and when we have been refunded, we will resend your order.

| What will you do with my email address? |
Retrosweets will absolutely not pass your details including email address to any third parties. We may however contact you from time to time with news and offers by email. All email communication will give you the opportunity to remove yourself from the mailing list.
